Swedish Ice Pole Sitting Contest Has 6 Winners

Two women and four men share the $3,100 prize for remaining atop eight foot tall ice pillars. They remained poised, in the annual ice pole-sitting contest in northern Sweden, for a total of 48 hours. Accept 10 minute bathroom breaks every other hour, they aren't allowed to come down. The worst part was the boredom and not the -18 degree temperatures, said the competitors.
