Nudists lose bid to block San Francisco ban on baring all

In San Francisco, a nudist from the group known as the Naked Guys lost his bid to overturn the ban on nudity in public. The federal judge ruled that it wasn't a freedom of expression issue and denied his bid. While a demonstration is scheduled for Friday outside San Franciso' City Hall, the law stands at $100, $200, $500 and a possible year in jail for your first, second, and third offense.
